Terms of Service
Last updated 21 July 2026. By using Vametrix you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Vametrix provides software that runs marketing and sales workflows on your behalf — including AI-generated replies to your leads on WhatsApp, a CRM, follow-up automation and campaign reporting. You are the business owner of every conversation and record created in your account.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have a lawful basis to message the people you upload or attract, and must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Indian law.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the product, price and policy information you load into the knowledge base — the AI answers from it.
- You must keep account credentials secure and promptly remove team members who leave.
- You may not use Vametrix for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, unlawful goods, or to harass any person.
3. AI-generated content
Replies are generated by a language model constrained to your knowledge base, with guardrails that block ungrounded prices and escalate uncertain questions to your team. Even so, AI output can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing commercially significant conversations, and we recommend a human confirms any final commercial commitment.
4. Fees, billing and refunds
- Plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are extra.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not materially used the service, we refund that payment in full. Beyond that, fees for the current period are non-refundable, though we will always review a genuine service failure case by case.
- Third-party costs you incur directly (for example Meta advertising spend) are billed to you by those providers, not by us.
5. Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical. The platform depends on third parties (notably Meta and our cloud providers) whose outages are outside our control.
6. Data
Your data remains yours. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or request deletion of your organisation's data at any time.
7. Confidentiality
Each Client's data is isolated and never shared with, or made visible to, another Client.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account for non-payment, or for use that breaches these terms or endangers the platform or its other Clients. We will give notice and a chance to remedy where the situation allows.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
